It was John Lennon who said, "Life is what happens while you're busy making other plans". Well said - and sometimes life happens really fast! Six months ago I moved from the beautiful Cambria Coast to the mountains just below the giant redwoods in Kings Canyon National Park. Familly priorities neccessitated the move and so I am downsizing and simplifying. I am currently working on some much smaller pieces that were inspired by traditional Japanese art and Native American sand paintings as well as some coolages and weavings. Previews of my book, Random Thoughts  and my newest book,  California In the Abstract - Images From A Moving Vehicle, are available at www.blurb.com. In October I will publish my two newest books, Eye of the Beholder - Compost Piles As Art and WEEDS, also available at www.blurb.com.

I am looking forward to a new gallery space in Visalia California by the end of this year and exhibits in Cambria and Paso Robles this fall and winter.
